Queensland-based Ergon Energy boosts customer service with CXone


Ergon Energy, which is part of Energy Queensland, provides electricity to 97% of Queensland, Australia. Its on-premises Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) was due for contract renewal and that prompted Ergon to re-evaluate whether to keep the system or switch to a cloud solution.
