NICE inContact CXone Attendant allows an organization to connect callers to a designated individual (agent or business users) quickly – without the need for a human operator to handle the incoming call. Callers are able to reach the designated individual by dialing their DID or searching the Company Directory by name or by extension. When the designated individual is not available, the CXone Attendant can transfer the individual to a dedicated voicemail inbox or to a named backup that can answer the call instead.
CXone Attendant provides corporate directory and voicemail management features and has been natively built inside the CXone Administration interface. Users that already have a CXone platform login can use that to launch the CXone Attendant user interface from the application launch menu in the CXone administration interface.
